Step 2: Optimal’s Discovery Document ($50)

After the call, you may choose to receive our customized Discovery Document outlining the project's proposed objectives, expected delegation of efforts, outstanding due diligence questions, and estimated project costs (±25 %).
Step 3: Optimal’s Proposed Blueprint ($250)
(Response Within 10 Days)
If you wish to proceed further, we will provide a comprehensive Proposed Blueprint that outlines the full scope of work from our team, an estimated timeline for design and deployment, and projected project costs (±10 %).
Optimal’s Refund Policy: If Optimal determines during Step 3 that the project may not meet our success criteria, we promise to issue a full refund of your $250 “Blueprint” fee within three (3) business days from the date of the notice.
Step 4: Optimal’s Fully Managed Implementation (Optional)
If you select Optimal as your project lead, we will provide you with a proposed contract for your review, which outlines our comprehensive project management and QoS services essential for ensuring a successful launch.
Step 5: Optimal’s Post-Implementation Support (Optional)
After a successful deployment, Optimal can provide ongoing support services for a reasonable fee.
